All orders are custom-made; therefore, most sales are final. For any product defects upon receipt, please send photos and explanation with 48 hours to file a claim. Shipping damage must be noted at time of receipt and handled directly with the freight company.

To register for a trade account, please go to the (Account Registration Form.) Trade accounts are made available to professional organizations in residential, hospitality, and commercial trades. Including interior designers, architectural firms, and furniture/home furnishing businesses.

The minimum order to open a trade account is $500, not including freight. The first order must be prepaid by ACH or Wire Transfer before it will be put into production. All subsequent orders can be paid by credit card.

Any use of our Name, Images, Likeness or Products, must be approved for use.

Including: websites, social media, and any/all marketing related initiatives.

We do ship internationally, with an approved Trade Account. A minimum order of $10,000 will apply to all international orders (outside of the contiguous 48 states), not including freight. All international orders must be prepaid by Wire Transfer before they will be put into production.

On a case-by-case basis, we will consider drop shipments for established trade accounts. Additional fees will apply.
